nope I struggle with maxsurf, so modified a double chine sailboat I had in rhino and those lines came from a model I drew in freeship, abt 23 yrs back, max give me plate developments from Workshop with frame lines on, I then take that back into rhino and do the plate offsets Screenshot (323).png

Remember to also carry out an ongoing weights estimate as you progress your design, so that you know that you will have enough buoyancy to support the designed displacement, and that she will trim level.

It appears that the most significant weights are positioned towards the stern. If that were the case, one might wonder why the volume (shapes) of the stern body is reduced.

    That's reactive not proactive.
A weight estimate must be done before anything is cut or made....you must prove the it'll float, float up right and on the draft you want, before you do anything.

Weighing items as you go - it's too late.

+2 re TANSL's and Ad Hoc's comments above.

Ummm yes, I think so - the square door and windows do the side profile no favours.
I am wondering if she might look better with a not-too-large flying bridge on top?
This might help to make the wheelhouse look less 'boxy'?
