Dialing in a 1999/2000 25hp Johnson

    I can't manage to get the dot and roller lined up to dial in the carb, (no adjustment left)
    Can I use the throttle cable adjustment to gain more adjustment?
    When I use the throttle,the roller leaves the timing where the dot is.
    The motor revs up to full throttle if required.
    I've not tested the boat on the water as of yet with the 25hp on it.
