    Use them to your advantage. Take their publication, put your legitimate name and sell it.
    Like in the Japanese Judo, use the strength of the enemy to destabilize him.
    In other word, screw them deep where it hurt: the wallet.
    Look that way, everything is done on the marketing side, its free for you.
    Put in your web site in large type:
    NOW AVAILABLE IN GERMANY THROUGH MY DEALER NETWORK.
    They will be so pissed off that they will start looking for an other design to still.

    Lister has a point Slavi and the dealer usually only get s a fairly small percentage of the plans sales. In the end it's usually cheaper then shipping world wide. At least for inexpensive plans it is.

    No, just buy one copy of plans in German from them, copy and start selling ;)
