    Remarkable boat , Daniel !

Rather skilfully drawn because the lines suggest a boat larger and longer
boat than a diminutive 28 ft.
Did not see rating on your gallery , so 10 points here then ....:D

This boat almost looks like a cartoon , and that is meant as quite a compliment actually.Excellent !

Many people object to houseboats for their looks.Don`t think they could complain about this one....
This would look good anywhere.Deserves a name .....;)
Can we see a layout ?

    Water line ...water line.......

    The hull proper is compact.

Thank you to all, I am very touched by your comments.
The layout will be in my galery soon.
I love house boats, they are one of my passions. I find the old one, the one of the end of 19th -beginning of the 20th century, close almost to the steam yacht in style, quite fantastic. I dream of their grace and subtil details. The size of course make them quite expensive, it is the reason why I develloped a diminutive House Yacht, built of solid stock, but with a simple shape and a flat bottom.
This allows the house yacht with a shallow draft to go close to the beach.
To keep the price down the motor is a outboard cancelled in the counterstern.
Trying to keep the cost under control but the comfort and, I hope, the style in high priority.
    Thanks again
    Cheers
    Daniel

    Yes , Daniel

I immediately thought steam yacht profile.
Hard to draw well this small. The boat would not be the same without the rigging, I think.

Is this a dory style hull , Daniel ?

    I think it`s beautiful.

I would love to see one built , or better afloat.

Yes the hull is dory style, but with a skeg so the boat is not pushed around to much, like a strictly flat bottom boat.
The customer received the plans, now it is his call! I hope he pursue to the end.
We had a very good time together to devellop this boat.
If he pursue and send pictures, I will put them in my gallery.
Thank again for your kind words
    Cheers
    Daniel
