Design brief for anti-whaling vessel?

    All you really need to do is shadow the whaler with a sonic whale repellant. No mechanical damage or interference of the whaler is involved, thus no piratical act. You just spoil the harvest.

    Good point... but it would not make a good TV show. Get it...It is all about the show.
