Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. But how do they handle deck washing in really big yachts? What hose connector do they use?

It would depend on the deck material. You don't need more than a regular garden hose for wetting and rinsing. It would be different on a commercial ship where it is OK to be more aggressive.

On large ships (yachts and comercial), fire fighting and deck washing systems are often combined. Therefore, a simple garden hose is not sufficient.

Cam lock fittings are popular, especially for larger than garden hose sizes.
You can get them in Marelon, very corrosion resistant.
