    I believe this just fell out of escrow at under 10 grand because of transportation costs

    That is a lot of tri for under 10K, I hope someone gets it and does the necessary renovation. There are very few tris of any kind in that price range, and the 33 is plenty of boat to do a lot of sailing with. I certainly get a lot of use out of my 33.
