Not many boats make me speechless.... but this "something uniquely" does it. Yeah.... kind of shock, in a positive sense.

The concept seems mind blowing... is it a revolution or an evolution ? :)

Uniquely the look... and I suppose, its a "flying dart" on the water one feels like sitting in a Formula 1 car with the centred cockpit and handson a small steering wheel.

The boat was seen in St. James City, Florida. Is there a video of a Crowther Shockwave ? - Would love to see it under sails. - Was this boat single built ?

    I love this crazyness.... :)

There was another one... a 37 Crowther Shockwave, named "MaiTai" in 2011... with a different on deck concept.

    Article of 1977....

Interesting to read an old article published in 1977 announcing the boat with 22 knots... and material costs of 10,000 Dollars (I suppose it had been Australian Dollars).
