    I'd want an automatic Martin-Baker style ejection seat that would self trigger

    the millisecond after it detects G-forces of the boat doing something it isn't supposed to be doing, like yawing around an axis.

    At 200mph on water you will be wiped out and possibly killed....or at least headed that way....before any human reflex could act.
