We have a lot of conversation on this forum that deals with the technical aspects of boats and their design. Obviously the technical is closely wedded to the aesthetic in order for a craft to achieve a complete sense of itself. Yet, so often, we look past the aesthetic into the realm of technical fulfillment as the overriding embodiment of the soul of the boat.

To that end, I invite you to spend a few moments looking through this offered site: http://www.windvinder.com/index.php?id=14&L=1

While there is, very obviously, a technical force alive within this design, I have been struck by the remarkable sense of beauty the form brings alive. Perhaps, after reading through the site, you will also be inspired to create beautiful and functional things.

    Chris,

    Interesting site.

The the wind comes from the sun.

Sail boats are actually solar powered.
