    think ponytail guy in brown coveralls is (9) BoatworksToday - YouTube he is supported by total boat pretty good overall

    Polyboard may not adhere properly to resin, in which case it is not good as a core. You may get a mediocre bond at best and will likely completely delaminate with any impact.

    Posting here before making a new thread.

    I was going to make a barge from plywood and epoxy, but now thinking maybe PET foam core and glassing.

    Any input appreciated
