NO PROBLEM! Will send you an email. Volunteers accepted. Castration is on site, no anaesthesia, free service, as are funeral (butchering) expenses, at no cost to the steers. :)

No idea. I haven't been past the air field for years; I'm rarely in Perris. Didn't they have three DC-3's at one time?

Quick look at the top of the page --yup 'cooking outdoors' had me worried for a bit then.

    I only remember one.

And it didn't have an on-board kitchen ;)
Wiki says they lost it in '84, now jumping from DC9.

There is a DC-3 being restored at Zephyrhills airport.

Donations towards the restoration are requested.[IMG]

Nothing could be simpler... Olive oil and sage.

A little off topic but funny that you should mention a DC3, I have a gift card sitting on my desk for a joy flight in the co-pilots seat aboard a DC3.

A twin engined tail drager will be a memorable experience. I have learned that they are very lethargic on take off.

    Oh... the sage.

Sage can be a little underestimated. If the whole fresh torn leaves are added to hot oil, a serious sage hit is the result. I recommend boiled cut potatoes without any seasoning to mop up the sage and olive oil.

Hoyt and Troy and Sheetwise were talking about DC-3s when you posted your picture.

So, that's potatoe under the sage and oil? Ok. Thanks. :)

Well in this case, I had a hankering for endangered species, and wanted the hide for upholstery on the boat... Just kidding.

Its a good quality free range chicken breast that actually tastes like chicken.

Do you mean free range salty "chicken"? They have good hides.

And yes, I have eaten fugu, many times. It is rather sweet in flavour, well the really good stuff is :p
