Controlable Pitch Prop low rpm efficiency question

    Does the consumption depend on rpm or on hp? Maybe it should be necessary to have a specific fuel consumption curve of the engine. I'll try to find it.

    Both. Primarily on hp and secondarily on rpm (due to changes in specific fuel consumption).

    What you require is known as a FUEL MAP.

    The engine folks would rather give you plans for a T88 nuke weapon than part with their fuel map.
