    it gives me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
    I am using windows 7 and Internet explorer but it looks it didn't work with firefox mozilla as well

    That was going to be my next suggestion: try with an alternate browser, such as firefox, chrome, or safari, to rule out an odd corrupt temporary file/cache/cookie/other browser issue. The other browser may give an error message with more to go on as well.
