construction of a barge

    Good Day
    If anyone can guide/help me for construction of a barge 500t at Kinshasa. Wish to construct a new one.

    Perhaps it would be much cheaper to purchase a ship, and scrap everything , and cut it down to the size you need?

    Generator and bilge pumps could be kept.

    Cheaper still is to do nothing. but when OJHA says "Wish to construct a new one" maybe means he wants to build one, do not buy a used one, imho.
