Not if there is no open door to act as a chimney, (AS PER DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS), entry of exit for the smoke or air in.... If the top is enclosed no chimney either - needs an opening at top and bottom and if a chimney effect was operating YOU WOULD SEE IT VERY CLEARLY.... (except possibly if you are declared blind...)

And I repeat: despite any weasely demurrers, the general thrust of theories that doubt what happened on 9/11 is that it was an evil government plot. So I ask again: why?!?! What could anyone in our government hope to gain, especially when weighed against the consequences of getting caught prep'ing for it?

wasn't much evidence of significant fire in WTC7, yup there was fire, but it wasn't exactly what you'd expect for all they hype it gets

I don't buy the masalai / Boston demolition theory. Can you cite any similar size building that was wired for controlled demolition while occupied? How would planting all the charges have gone unnoticed by the building occupants?
