GHS and Autohyrdo will both produce tank sounding tables in pretty much any increments or units you like.

Any surface design program with somesolids capability (eg. MultiSurf) will do this, but there are enough variables between design and building that tanks really have to be calibrated in the real world by filling them slowly, some number of gallons at a time.

Tank Calibrations are not as simple as doing volumes and centroids at different levels. The values taken are soundings and ullages through a specific sounding pipe, which has a set location in the tank and the top of which may be well above the tank top.

The sounding pipe is not necessarily vertical or straight, it can be inclined, curved or cranked, and the sounding and ullage values are taken as true lengths along this pipe. In addition the capacities need to be calculated to take fluid density and tank permeability into account, and free surface moments (with possibly a different surface based permeability) need to be calculated as well.

Best to stick to a program designed specifically for doing tank capacities.
