Somehow it seems appropriate that the British, have devised yet another fine use for electroshock, likely developed in the tower and "trialed" for decades.

 

Why am I thinking about that Russian inventor from the 1980s who claimed you could starve off a cold by sticking tampons in your nostrils?

 

I don't know about a cold, but they're great for nose bleeds . . .

 

And there I was thinking the best cure for sea sickness was to send the afflicted, to the bow (inside craft), and prepare food...

 

... and now I'm thinking of Tweetie Pie offering poor Sylvester that salted pork....
