How do I trim this patch I made on the transom on this Chris Craft model in Rhino please?

The model is downloaded from here:

https://grabcad.com/library/chris-craft-barrelback-boat-hull-1

It was a Solidworks model which I opened and worked on in Rhino.

I managed to curve the transom with a cutting plane and trim but I can't work out how to trim the patch I put on after that. The auto trim did not work.

I attach the two files.

My aim is to cut on my CNC router in slices using CUT3D.

You have a very small gap (4.6mm long) between near the "gunwale" area port and stb essentially making it impossible to trim. Check for naked edges using the surface tools, fix the gap and viola. Or you could move the transom 5mm further forward and retrim it all.

god I am good!

Mikejohn as abcdefg so modestly put it you had leak points making trimming hard to achieve. If you use “duplicate edge” to form a line around the stern, then fill in the gaps and join them up you can use this line to trim (blue line).
