I have 70 HP Mercury that will bog down first thing in the morning. When I put it in the water I let it warm up a few mins before taking off. When I get out of the no wake zone and push the throttle down it bogs down. I pull it back a little then after about ten mins at this speed it will kick a couple times then take off like I hit it with a turbo charger. I can run the rest of the day with no problems. I can stop and fish for an hour then start up and take off again with no problem. Can some one point me in the right direction to fix this problem.

Is it a twostroke or a fourstroke?

It may be carbon build up, decarb with SeaFoam.
You may want to search on Hull Truth, Continouswave and/or USboat forum.

My mower will do that, it will be running crappy then sort of backfire and then runs fine. I figure the back pressure blows junk out of the jets or something.
