Chevy intake install

Hi guys,
The 12 bolts for the intake manifold on a 350 Chevy SB.
The bolts that came out are different lengths 5 shorter and 7 longer not by much.
Should all 12 bolts be the same length ?
I think the previous rebuilder used what ever bolts he had lying around .

The first gen small block takes the same size bolt - a 3/8"-16, which is usually 1" to 1 1/8" long (depends on intake). All of them are the same on all first gen small blocks, except special apps and castings (like the CanAm 302, for example).
