Cheapest motor that fits steering cable?

    Here are some options. On the motor you will need to mount a bolt, to accept the end of the rod. I am assuming that this is a stand alone outboard and not a trolling motor. If you already have a larger motor there are many kits to allow you to use the main helm to turn both the larger main outboard that is connected to the trolling motor

    There were a couple more but did not make the snip profile. So just go to Uflex and you will find them.

    Note that this type of bracket enables you to use the style of steering control that you showed. There are steering controls that use standard 43C series cables which would more than likely be ok for a small outboard
