steering connection kit ?

    1999 25hp johnson.(two cylinder)
    I have the steering in place,(wheel to engine)
    I am struggling to find what the kit is called that bolts onto the engine that the steering cable/rod runs through.
    The engine has a 3 hole bar that is part of the casting.(one large hole in the middle of two smaller holes.)
    I will also need the right angled rod that fixes to the cable/rod end,and returns back to the engine.
    The steering is a single cable type (Teleflex)
    Any pics of the setup would be handy.
    I have looked for the kit umpteen times,without any success.
    Part numbers would be handy,I live in the UK,so relevant part numbers would be useful if possible.
    Any help will be greatly appreciated. "V"
