The ski I am building is very simply, yet completely unavaliable. It's a flat bottom wood ski with a continuous rocker through the entire length of the ski. I'm building it out of 3/16" laminations pressed onto a mold for a final thickness of 3/4". I've already built 6 or 7 of them with amazing results, I just want to make sure i'm using the best glue avaliable.

This ski shape is the same as skis built for ski jumping, but jump skis are WAYYY too expensive ($700-$1500 EACH) for what i'm using it for. And also, jump skis are designed to take the force of hitting the jump, and landing, neither of which I will be doing with this ski. The benefit to the full length rocker is it tracks better at high speeds and it is easier to "flip turn" where you start with the ski backwards (fin forward) and flip around so you're skiing backwards (bindings are on backwards too). I'll post some pictures of the skis i'm building if anyone is interested...
