Can anyone identify this boat

The picture is quite small and only shows the stern but I hope someone could recognize the design from some details or so. I know the photo was taken in the Netherlands so maybe it's some local manufacturer. The boat looks more sofisticated than a canal boat though.

google "dutch sloep" There are hundreds of variations......some are double-ended, some not....

By all the back rests and hand holds I see, it looks like this yacht is intended for offshore work. I assume it is a motor yacht, as I see no back stay in the photo.

I further guess that this vessel is intended for no planing speeds.
