    Long distance "Wave powered" yacht.

    I think this might have real applications in both reducing 'felt wave action' and giving hydrofoils something to do during their 'off-peak' hours.

    First thing I would investigate is if flippers on the stern or midships could be added as well.

    How about Anti-Roll flipper power?

    That amphibian is sweet.

    I'm probably breaking my own rules here, but this does my head in. Carp fishing is a very big deal in the UK, and predictably, Carp fishing gear is big business.
    So, to reach prime spots under trees banks, or way out in the middle of lakes, they use specially designed radio controlled boats to drop ground bait, and even use them to place the line and hook, instead of casting. They have lights, for night use, and miniature echo fish finders. No, really.

    8000 FourX Gold "tinnies", glued together with more than a dozen cartons of silicone , and 2 years collecting the cans.
