Can a Thames Rowing Skiff "make it" in the Blackburn Challenge?

    It will be interesting because the Savo rowers will need to compete with ocean going sliding seat boats that have much less freeboard, oars that feather, and maybe more friendly maneuverability if the seas get up. I think they will do well, no doubt, but I don't predict an automatic win. Now, a fixed seat rowing Savo (with some tweaks) would be a winner in fixed seat class.
