See how lack of comprehension leads to endless classic transference and not answering the question at hand.

So, again, you cannot answer the question that YOU raised. See the thing about comprehension is there is no need for endless transference of your own inadequacies onto others. Most people would answer the question based upon the citation/claim raised. But if one cannot, there is the dilemma.....dear oh deary me. Such immature and childish behaviour from a simple question, raised by the poster themselves!

    So, when you quoted:
Yes it is very easy. Since i know that a radio is this:

So either one blindly accepts Google translate and simple doesn't understand the reference to listening to the radio or one understand and thus comprehends it cannot mean Radio as noted by Google translate. Thus where is the simple comprehension of this simple translation?

Clearly you are not able to make the leap:
As no joke was intended, it was a serious question aimed at eliciting a response to the effect of recognising the error in translation - again, comprehension gone way over your head.

So, since you persist in wasting endless bandwidth as you are incapable of justifying your citation by explaining, despite repeated attempt - which tells a story in itself - lets see what Google translate provides in return:

    We can see what :
    means here using Google Translate.

Well bugger me with a prize winning leak. What has a Radio got to do with this - aaahh...see that's where comprehension comes into to play and realising that the direct translate into English with the word Radio is incorrect

As all this is, is a method of calculating the metacentric height, as called in English (see doesn't take many words to define it - which you appear incapable of doing):

Well this --> [IMG], looks just like this --> upload_2019-9-6_23-28-45.png

So, this brings me to the whole point of questioning your reference of Rmt.
All you are noting is the metacentre and the method to calculate the BM .....and so, how does this help the OP answer the question?

In order to calculate the weights required, one needs to know what angle the vessel will heel to. But the problem with just the BM or KM, is that the key reference datum is missing.
Since simply rotating the vessel through an angle Theata is fine, but why does it rotate....well, that's the question...what causes it to rotate and how do we measure it?

Just quoting Rmt - the metacentre - is insufficient. This does not help to OP.

So, before replying, please stop your endless transference owing to your inability to answer a claim - one posed by you only - which means you own it and you must answer it, otherwise why quote it?
Stop your pointless misdirection as another way to deflect from answer said question, and please stop being so immature and childish.
And please stop your endless wasting of bandwidth and endless desire to post - well anything - in a desperate attempt to appear knowledgeable and even acknowledging later that you know nothing, but cannot resist to post.

Either you can answer the question or you cannot.

Your opinion of me is irrelevant and i couldn't care less, as you have mistaken me for someone who gives a dam of what I think of your opinion of me... it still does not answer the question.

Very well, you have spent much of your precious time trying to prove my incompetence. Commendable but useless work that only a generous, reasonable and very intelligent man could undertake. Could you now dedicate only part of that precious time to explain the enormous stupidity of post # 2?. Thank you. I have no doubt that your perfect command of the language will allow you to explain what, no doubt, seems silly.

No No No ...not so easily slipping away and obfuscating again.

    Dear oh dear...and yet:

You are doing a very good all by yourself, i do not need to add anything.

So, just to be 100% clear again.......and the reason for all this is because you said:

And yet, it still does not answer this:

    Maybe because:

To read such a simple reply that even the dumbest can understand is beyond you...hence you cannot answer the question posed by YOU, no one else.

    Oh silly me, this:-

...is the dumbest answer you were referring too.! Excellent...the most well informed reply to date.

It is a pleasure debating with someone who cannot comprehend what they are talking about and simply misdirects to avoid saying so.....what a waste of bandwidth.

Tremendous stupidity. Could YOU explain, in YOUR unbeatable English, why someone would have been forced to say such nonsense?:D

So, yet again, you are unable to describe and explain the terms in reference to the OPs Q that you cited.

(Note using original post - not the later edited one...)

Yes I can easily explain it to the Op.....but, how can I explain it to you, as you think i'm:

Since according to you, i'm not a naval architect thus cannot explain anything. It is you that is make these claims, no one else.

Okay, suppose I am unable to explain it. Are YOU happy? Yes, yes, do not be surprised, I agree with YOU (what do I care?).
And now, fully agreeing with YOU on everything else :
Do YOU have a way of explaining such stupidity?

Actually, I used to think that one should know approximate GM to estimate inclining weights.
    a) first, to decide: do inclining test on water or not. If GM>5m, (ISO12217-1), the test is not accurate.
    b) second, to calculate weight and shift required to heel the boat, say, to 3-4 deg.
    We always do this way...

    Keep in mind that we are talking about a 55 x 11.8 x 1.75 m barge.

Suppose - what does this mean? Other than more obfuscation.

So, yet again,....Is this a yes you can, or, a no you can't?

Whether you can or cannot has nothing to do with what makes me happy.
I dont know you from a bar of soap and think nothing more beyond that. What I do care about is whether a poster can support their claims, as it is about what you SAY not you as a person - but that requires comprehension. Which i know is difficult for you to understand as you only retort with polemics ad hominem and transference and never, simply never, answer the question at hand...only the poster asking them.

Superatis hostibus regium est abstinere. Yes, I have also studied Latin. And now, could you explain this stupidity? :
I think YOU are doing the same of what YOU accuse me of: not being able to explain YOUR own statements. Be half as demanding of YOURSELFas what YOU are being with me. Please, be honest.
    Can YOU support YOUR claims?

And so the last resort of those that are unable to answer their claims at hand (which is your claim, in case you have forgotten)...classic deflection.
    Don't answer just deflect.

And yet you have not, despite repeated attempts to elicit an answer. Just endless deflection.

Followed by further lacking in comprehension...this is not funny anymore, your lack of comprehension, it is embarrassing!

Utterly hopeless, just a waste of bandwidth.

The same old MO on every thread... :(

Okay, let's change the focus. You are a character that awakens in me conflicting feelings. On the one hand your attitude admires me, and on the other it misses me. I am admired because you have used a lot of your valuable time trying to refute, despise, each of my statements and for this you have gone line by line, textually line by line, commenting on them, trying to prove my lack of knowledge, technicians and of language, and my ineptitude. To do this you have taken my sentences out of context, the chronological order of them has changed, you have inserted Latin words among your lapidary phrases, you have told us about your travels through paradise islands, in short, you have used all the artillery that you are capable of . It has been an honest, professional, conscientious, thoughtful job, and that admires me. You have taught me that a good text in English should always bear the word YOU, in capital letters and bold. Thank YOU.
On the other hand I am surprised that, despite the fact that I have said on multiple occasions that what you advised in your post # 2 was a great stupidity, you have never tried to refute that claim. Why?
Do YOU have a way of explaining such stupidity?

Oh dear more nonsense and misdirection.

Is that because you cannot answer your own claim??

So still not answered YOUR claim as you posted here. That is the crux of the matter. You are consistency and continuously attempting to claim some higher moral/technical ground - great Boo Hoo, bully for you.
But you consistently and continuously fail to explain how your Rmt reply (that is YOURS - by the way, no one else's) answers the question by the Op.
It is that simple...and yet you continue to obfuscate and misdirect.

If you cannot answer the question - just say so...and we can move fwd. It is your assertion - no one else's, it is that simple.

So do you understand what you are claiming in post #3 or not...??

    It is a - yes - or - no - reply.

I don't want to answer you. It's not worth it. I am entitled to ignore your "instructions" or requests. I end here this interesting discussion. Forget me please. But first, be honest and explain this tremendous nonsense:
You are entitled to not answer, of course, but given the enormous effort you have devoted to other questions, I would not say much in your favor not to explain it.
Until forever, sir, with my respect :)
