The 3/4 plywood I just tore off my pontoon had stepped down edges that fit into H shaped aluminum joint strips. Can I buy new plywood like this?

    I doubt it.
You could have a millwork shop do it, or run a router around the edges.

    Router.
Probably can't buy it except possibly from the original builder of the pontoon. But I doubt it.
