Congrats on the completion of the build! What speeds are you getting with the 8hp? How does loading affect the performance?

    Thanks Dennis

She goes alright, planes without effort now that I have wing foils fitted to the leg. Its hard to troll without constantly modulating throttle back to zero. Over 10 knots in flat conditions and weirdly way faster in the chop. Handles really well too. I cut it narrower during build time and she is a bit tippy for stand up fishing, have to keep the weight in the centre, the console top is a good place to bum rest and cast and fight fish

With the rocker I put in it, she is very easy fishing at rest, but bow up underway with even the leg brought in. Fitting the wing foils leveled it out and she picked up lots of speed and just slices through chop without pounding

I think I forgot to add the wet pics

This video is coming in through the chop and slowing down at the resort moorings

Damn, I just read through the entire thing and realized I haven't thanked Par, Micheal and Groper for their guidance through the boats entire assembly process. Thanks heaps fells, really appreciate your help and the boat wouldn't be what it is without your help and putting up with my frustrations!

Extremely nice job on your boat Saqa. Everything looks really clean and I love the paint color. I'm probably going to paint mine a darker green to make it look like a Jalapeno Pepper.
