Using 2 to 1 epoxy from uscomposties it doesnt blush ,but needs to be warm to use it ,thats not hard to come bye here in Texas.
6 ounce cloth ,e glass inside and out ,several extra layers for the first six inches of the bow and stern.

She isnt finished but she got wet this afternoon, :D :D :D
I took her out to a local lake and paddled about an hour.
    Loaded and ready
    [IMG]

Unloaded her and she floats plenty shallow ,the graphite is up three inches on the side ,she draws about 1 inch empty

I pushed off and turned her into the wind and headed across the lake. I was just playing around turning her heeling her, she is super easy to handle and very responsive. Had about a 250 lb load and she was drawing 2 1/2 inches in the center. I paddled around a couple miles and then broke out the gps , Cruiser has to be in her name ,I can sit there at 4.2 or 4.3 all day long , putting out I got her up to 5.5 ,this is without foot braces. I think she will top out close to 6 miles an hour. The wind was blowing and weather cocking didnt seem to be an issue ,she just handled sweet.
Now I will go back and finish her.

Great job. I'd like to see some shots of her under power.

Pardon my silly question, I'm a newbie after all.
Stitch and glue plus strip planking ? why not using plywood sheet instead ?

    thanks
