brand new 200hp 46ft fishing boat/cabin cruiser for $130K?

Sounds real cheap. Besides basic finishes (seems like that could even be a feature, not a bug) and very basic if any electronics, what is this lacking?

I don't think I'd want to buy one brand new, but rather one that is a couple years old, so "near new" but also semi-proven.

It's not cheap, it just reflects the realities of the chinese economy.
On the same site fiberglass and polyester cost 1-1.5$/kg. A marine 8.3l Dongfeng-Cummins costs 7000$. If the workers get 4$/h, there's still profit at the advertised price after overhead and taxes.

As to what it's lacking depends on what you need. If the shoe fits, it's only a question if you like it's design.
The only unknown is how many corners the manufacturer cut to increase the profit.
