bracket issue

    Visually your modification looks much better to me.
    I would try it there and see how it performs to start.

    What is still unknown is why the original oddities were applied.

    There is a chance that in removing the problems caused by the previous "solutions" you might recreate a previous problem that made someone fit those two "solutions". So be prepared and don't be disappointed if you find there is an additional issue to solve.

    i still have part wich is cut off,it would be easy fix to bond it back,but i hope it wont be necessary

    I haven't seen another of these boats so I can't speculate; with the original bracket and sandbags someone wanted to push the bow down badly and what's not known is why. You'll find out soon whether the previous owner did strange things that made it handle worse or whether there's an underlying problem. Then you might also come up with a better solution (if there is a problem) with less drawbacks. Too early to speculate. Only wanted you to be mentally prepared in case it's a more difficult problem.

    Engine is now way too low, imo. Jack up it as high as you can, then have another look. If need be, you can pad-out (to deepen it) that flat section you now have under the bracket, relatively easily.

    so i go two holes up,that is 6cm higher than it is,i think bracket is cut off 34 cm,sharp eye mr efficiency,pad will be in place to even the mounting section,i hope two holes will do

    You only have 1 hole on the lower bolt!
