    ancient kayaker, we are on the same page in many areas. I concur the fishing vessels who left these monstrous nets should play a role in their removal. The sheer scope of this project is beyond the resources of any one nation. It will take a tag-team approach with many elements.

    All we can do is write our members of Congress, Parliament, etc. and urge them to take action. If they don't respond: put them on the wall of shame and vote them out.
