    Since you bring this up again, allow me to add this:

    At the Sydney Boat Show back in August, I spoke to a woman from AMSA who was running the AMSA stand and discussing the ins and outs of ship registration. A most helpful and friendly individual.

    She was quite adamant that what you were doing was not permitted. A pity because I was planning on doing it myself.

    So, more power to you for scamming the rules, but it would be in your interests to shut up about it.

    If you're going to rant about how useless public servants are and how they're all incompetent, I suggest that you think long & hard on the fact that those people you denigrate are administering the pension system that you are living off.
