Yes you right, you may reach a figure of 40 LT with everything on.
The best is to go with the hull and deck for your first estimate, then after discussion with the client, you pinpoint better the need.
24 meters for a crew boat is small, so the cargo will be not that heavy.
They normally need to go fast with the crew and the spare parts, so the weight control is important. Light is almost the essence.
Secure the job before spending to much time on the project.
