    • Responsible for preparation, installation, service and repair of all marine systems on new and used 9′ to 60′ power yachts.
    • Duties included boat deliveries, yacht hauling and launching, product demonstrations, customer competency testing and consumer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for the supervision of employees and coordination with other departments to meet project deadlines and provide overall management of incoming and outgoing boats.
    • Handled warranty and repairs on all product lines including OMC, Mercury, MerCruiser, Volvo, Crusader, Marine Power, Detroit, Kohler, and Onan among many others.

    FORE RIVER SHIPYARD & IRON WORK,
    Project Manager, 1990-1994

    • Responsible for troubleshooting, removal, repair, testing and reinstallation of ship machinery.
    • Designed and fabricated mechanical components and systems, administered systems testing and approval for executing sea trials.
    • Responsible for employee supervision and inter-department coordination.
    • Wrote technical summaries and project reports, evaluated blue prints for appropriate testing sites.
    • Interfaced with outside technicians in coordinating and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

    SOUTHWEST FLORIDA YACHTS,
    Charter Fleet Manager, 1988-1990

    • Complete maintenance, repair and safety of sail and power yachts from 17′ to 120′.
    • Responsible for navigation and execution of yacht deliveries.
    • Handled pre and post yacht charter inspection and report writing.
    • Responsible for evaluation and approval of customer competency.
