Boat in Balkan floods

Hi Troy,
It is a variant of a traditional river boat used on Danube and Sava rivers. They are called "šiklja" or "čiklja" (pron. sheeklia or cheeklia) and are used mostly for fishing. Usually propelled by oars or by a small outboard. It is yet another regional version of what you know as jon boat. Depending on where it is made, there are variants with flat bottom or with a longitudinally curved bottom. In both cases the bottom and sides remain straight in transverse section, to ease the construction.
