Boat design companies in the uk

    Hi, I am in the process of starting the Westlawn School of Yacht design professional Diploma course. I live in South East England and was wondering if anybody knew of any companies I could try to get work from in this area when I have completed the course.

    Just visit Southampton, they have many places like boatbuilders and designers. You might get some help at the Southampton Institute (www.solent.ac.uk)

    Tony Castro, Ed Dubois, Bill Dixon..... are designers in Southampton

    Custom Eyes Composites (Quokka), Bowman and many others are boatbuilders as well.
