Good point! I'm gonna lose some weight & get healthier. As others have mentioned i probably need to crew or get job to get some teaching from captains that know their stuff. Which probably entails me doing some physical labor.

I picked up a drill paddle today. $40 off Facebook marketplace. Only like $46 + tax on Walmart.

I have bunch of 18 volt ryobi batteries supposedly get 30 minutes/ 4.0 mah. & used drills are pretty cheap since drill comes with pretty much every tool kit. I've got like 4 drills.

Wonder how hard to adapt the drill paddle to a bicycle? Although drill paddle not real robust from reviews. So i best still have a real paddle.

Be nice to put two regular bikes on this to be able to pedal. Anyone seen something like that?

Here's rodney dangerfield pedaling & it doesn't end the bestest.

    Pretty cool bike design:

This DIY Micro-Camper Converts Into a Boat In Seconds https://odditymall.com/diy-micro-camper-converts-into-boat

Note how boat/trailer/wagon all STYLISTICALLY match. Could that be done on newer streamlined car such as Prius? :) I was thinking about making a non-style matching fly-weight minimalist trailer for my Prius based on Harbor Freight cheap-O but now must re-consider, since S&G might work well to mimic the "hard edge" styling of the 2020 Prime.

S&G is construction method. google it.

Pretty sure pic's camper is itself hard-top with close fitting matching boat.

In the 1960-70s there was a camper van conversion where the high-top lid (whole standard van roof perimeter) could be unscrewed for "open air" and the ads showed it being used as a boat but for legal reasons never said "its a boat, too".

There is a roof top cargo box made in UK were the lid becomes a dingy. I'm wanting a more streamlined box/boat in same concept maybe in Stitch and Glue. The boat bottom would be flat in a section large enough such that it could ride on roof top bars to create dual open top cargo trays as a 2nd mode of operation.

Currently On cruise & just got off in cozumel. Walked about 10 miles round-trip. Had great time snorkeling & couple blisters. Lots of people biking.

Anyone have any hints or suggestions on how this boat might be designed as a dinghy on a larger sailboat in bahamas? Or would bikes just rust? Bike i bought has aluminum frame, but sure lots of parts maybe just rust away. But maybe spray with rust inhibitor or something. If it rusts away can always pick up another bike altho that quick release wheel really limits & increases price.

Or maybe just dangerous with a 7 by 12 home built pontoon with couple bikes mounted on it? Towed by sailboat?

Edit: any security design suggestions? So doesn't get stolen? Design it poorly enough so nobody wants to risk being in it? Ha :)

Or 7 by 12 too big as dinghy & end up costing too much in marina? Zodiac maybe standard for dinghy & look at dimensions on that?
