Boat built by eye. Need feedback

FWIW after a number of painted boats I sprang for a real marine (expensive) gloss paint. It really is good stuff but it took a lot of flattner to get the gloss down to where it didn't telegraph every little imperfection. It turns out I'm a porch enamel kinda guy.

6hp. I think the transom could handle 9.9-20, but idle speed on the 6 is even pushing it for trolling speed.
