1. Minimum 10 years experience in GRP Commercial Boat Build up.
2. Must have very good knowledge in carpentry
3. Must have good knowledge about composite build up
4. Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD and other technical drawings
5. Must be able to read measurements of build up against drawings

Production Supervisor for Yachts

1. Minimum 10 years experience in GRP Yacht Build up.
2. Must have very good knowledge in carpentry
3. Must have good knowledge about composite build up
4. Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD and other technical drawings
5. Must be able to read measurements of build up against drawings

Mold Technician yachts

1. Must have minimum 8 years experience in mold and plug building
2. Must have minimum 4 years of experience in fairing and Spray painting
3. Must have good knowledge about GRP products
4. Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD and other technical drawings.
5. Must be able to read measurements of build up against drawings

Foreman

1. He must have minimum 6 years experience in GRP composite
2. Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD and other technical drawings
3. Must have very good knowledge in carpentry
4. Must have good knowledge about composite build up
5. Must be able to read measurements of build up against drawings

Quality Control officer for Yachts/Boats

1. Must have understanding on Finishes of Exterior and Interior Fit outs for yachts
2. Must have understanding on Gel Coat finishes and conduct tests for quality
3. Must have understanding on raw materials purchased and certification approval bodies and procedures

Production Supervisor for yacht interiors

1. Must have minimum 5 years of experience in furniture build up in Yachts
2. Must have minimum 5 years experience in furniture finishes example – veneer coating for Yachts
3. Must have clear understanding carpentry and fabrics integration for Yachts
4. Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD and other technical drawings.
5. Must be able to read measurements of build up against drawings

Installation Supervisor for yact interiors

1. Must have minimum 5 years experience in luxury yachts interiors fitting
