Perfect design......you obviously have not been in the industry very long eh?

Perfect design for what, carrying dry cement or passengers....there is no perfect design, it is horses for courses my friend.

    update for design searching

We are looking for a design of a motor cruiser yacht with twin engines. Here are more required parameters as follow

    Length: 40'-42'
    Beam at main section: 4 m ~ 4.4m
Draft (incl. props. at full load): 0.9Meter-1.2Meter
    Building material: GRP

    Maximum speed about 30 knots
    Cruising speed about 25 knots
    Fuel capacity: 800 L - 1000 L
    Water capacity: 400 L - 500 L

Three levels: flybridge; main deck and lower deck.
    Cabins: 2-3
    Berths: 4 -6

We are very fancy Princess 45 Flybridge Motor Yacht and Azimut 43, you can go to http://www.princess.co.uk/princess-45.html and http://www.azimutyachts.com/gallery_azimut43.htm maybe use them as your design inspiration. At this point, the externality is what we focus on, the internal layout can still be dicussed, even the engineering and mechinecal plan when it comes to that. I will really appreciate if you can offer me a rendering first, a complete design package will be needed after it, which include from concept design through to detailed design, 3D modelling, Naval Architecture, structural engineering.

If you have any other question, please don't esitate to contact me
    Best Regard

Danka, It appears to me that you are stuck in a rut, & confused to boot (2-3 cabins for 4-6 people) What for, daytripping? 800 litres @ 30knots will not get you far... so you must come back to refuel at nite - ???

I think you just want a "gin palace so some wealthy fool can play around", to put it very bluntly. That is best fulfilled by a fast hull with a whopping deep sound BURBLING V16 diesel with 8" dia exhaust, sensuous curves and berths with ensuites so the hankey pankey can proceed when drifting about 3 miles out with the A/C for climate control... Cinema screen and superior sound system for mood control... Game over then a quick trip back to the marina for aperitifs and drinks overlooking the "sin palaces" afloat:D

Otherwise look at another local product "the Gun Boat", greater "sex appeal"

Sorry for the harsh words but this is not boating - it is a waste of effort...
