Hello all! I am looking for some help. I am hoping to build a wooden one man outrigger canoe without a mast. I am a flatwater poaddler who would eventually lIke to move to ocean paddling. If anyone knows of any plans or resources to help me get started it would be great.

    Thanks in advance!

I don't know of a dedicated outrigger canoe for paddling.
http://gentrycustomboats.com/splinter.html here is one that might work.

Dave Gentry's easy to talk to, you might ask him. Contact him thru the website.

I have plans available for this 18' paddler. The construction is strip plank and it is a cut down version of my Ulua sailing canoe.
