    It's just sometimes typical behaviour of small minded souls who want a bit of power and are eager to prove it for them selves.. Not much difference to local customs personel (both fins and norwegians) who make inspections on the border against Schengen agreement.

    ps just a thought but the Gibraltar case during the race might be just some showing of for the spanish bcs they have been criticizing them doing nothing..
