Savitsky's papers

    I'm looking for some pdf files of Savitsky's planing papers. Any of them would be good. Specifically, I'm looking for "Savitsky D. (1964), 'Hydrodynamic design of planing hulls', SNAME Transactions" Any help on this would be great!

    hello everybody, especially for crist and mullets, thanks for your savistky paper posted, i am Andi a post-graduate student in malaysia, recently my research abaut spray-strake effect on manoeuvring performance of a planing hull, btw related my research i need the scan of Savitsky's project report 1952 (Turbulence Stimulation in the Boundary Layer of Planing Surfaces. Report No. 444. Davidson Laboratory, Stevens Institute of Technology. USA.). thanx

    I wonder what SNAME thinks about posting their papers on the web for free? Howza 'bout you guys downloading these pdfs give SNAME a call and make it legal? They're cheap ...and worth it.

    thanks for the paper. Well "cheap" is relative and as a developing country citizen i familiar with the so called "cheap".
