Bankrupt boat yard in Thailand

    No I did not investigate further, I definitely did not buy another boat.

    Your photographs are very confusing, there is no yard at Ocean marine facing the sea.

    The old Concordia yard faces the main Sukumvit road.

    Fascinating thread this. I was at Ocean Marina yesterday and the red hulled yacht is still unfinished, standing outside the sheds. A number of large cats are in build in aluminium and GRP for what looks like the tourist charter trade and the marina is close to full. Life goes on.....!

    Yes it is correct the red hull Ted designed,
    has been bought by Serenity shipyard (the one highly praised in previous threads). They will finish it at own account.
