...............or a packing case! But hell as long as it floats, and gets you where you want it has credit! No matter how it looks. 'cause if it looks pretty that's a bonus!!

Manie, Do you have any plans for that boat that you built. May be a plywood box, but one I think I would like to build one like it. Long as it will hold three people and gear, good by me (no oceans in indiana, just lakes) Looks to be easy to fish out of too.

Lemme know if ya do. Thanks

Even if that's part of the agenda, Manie's getting his compensation with his own efforts. Lots of fools spend hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions, on Magnums 'n Cigarettes 'n Fountains to make up for their own "short comings." That's a real laugh.:D

    Manie,

We all do what we can, the important thing is never quit; keep doing whatever we can. Your small stitch and glue gave you an education and some good times on the water. Not a bad result for a build of any size! What you've stated as goals for your next sounds firmly in the tradition of microcruisers. It's intriguing how many ways there are to design a small boat that's simple (which doesn't always mean easy) to build. Here's some more suggestions for you and Dragonjbynight:
