Bonding parts

Hello everybody, good morning
What glue you should use, to join two pieces of fiberglass.
The surfaces to be joined together are glass fiberglass glass, laminated in polyester.
The piezar that I want to paste is the hull and the deck of a dinghy, with which, it is a permanent union.
The effort to which the whole is subjected is torsion and also as the union of the cover and the hull is on the boat board usually recieves small impacts.

What is the surface materials of dinghy? Wood, fiberglass. Paint, gelcoat ect?

How permanent of bond?

How much load in which direction will need to be resisted?

I'm still confused.
You mention a "helmet". I am unfamiliar with attaching a helmet to a boat. To me a helmet is worn on your head while riding a motorcycle.

To me a boat "cover" is a canvas tent to shield boat from Sun and rain. Perhaps a picture or two would get past the translation issue
