Help Where to find large ship engines...? (1750-1820 hp, 120-700 rpm)

    Hello boat desingers. I'd like to find an engine with 1750-1820 Hp with 120-700 RPM. Thx

    I am not aware of any manufacturer that makes an engine compliant with your specs. Some of the medium speed diesels come close, but they still have a rpm in the 1000 range.

    Those characteristics awfully remind of the range of MAN's diesels,
    for example

    MAN L21/31 ... 1000rpm - 1720 kW (8L21/31)

    or their GenSets
    MAN L28/32H, 1890kW at 720rpm ...
